District Administrator Committee Members

District Administrator

The bearer of the office of the District Administrator shall be the Executive Assistant to the District Governors and shall be responsible for:

  1. Co-ordinating the activities of the various Committees of the District on behalf of

    the District Governor

  2. Ensuring that the functions of the District Governor’s office are well organised and co-ordinated

  3. Liaison between the District Governor and the Clubs, the District Governor and the Committee Chairs and Sub Committees

  4. Attend to the general correspondence of the District Governor as long as that correspondence does not require policy considerations

  5. Liaison between the District Governor and the offices of Rotary International, the Rotary Foundation and other related organs of Rotary International

  6. Maintaining the District Governor’s Diary and Appointments

  7. Act as a Clearing House of the District Governor

 

Qualifications:

The District Administrator shall be qualified for nominations as a District Governor
